Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Housing and Property Lead to focus on tenancy support, ensuring homes are safe and well maintained. You will manage tenancy and rent accounts, helping customers move to secure, long-term accommodation.

You will handle housing benefit claims, issue notices when needed, and prepare rooms for new clients, while travelling across Wymondham and Norwich areas. Shifts vary 8:00–16:00 and 12:00–20:00 with Saturday every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a housing caseload and landlord/housing management duties.
• Know-how of re-letting rooms or units and collecting rents.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties are safe and well maintained.
• Assist customers with housing benefit claims on rent accounts.
• Issue and sign warning letters/notices and attend court if needed.
• Prepare rooms for new customers and turn around vacant properties within timescales.
• Travel between properties in the Norwich area and Wymondham.
