Bromford is recruiting two Housing Workers to support customers living in temporary accommodation at Griffin Place in Aylesbury. This fixed-site role is based entirely at Griffin Place with a consistent Monday to Friday evening shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, and no travel between sites.

You will build relationships with customers, help them understand tenancy responsibilities, manage records, and connect them with opportunities, services and networks that support moving toward a settled home and

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with customers.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage own workload.
• Comfortable using IT systems and following processes.
• Experience in housing, tenancy management or welfare benefits is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build positive relationships with customers living in temporary accommodation.
• Help customers understand their licence conditions, manage rent and sustain accommodation.
• Complete and maintain accurate records including grants, lettings, repairs and conversations.
• Raise and track repairs and liaise with internal teams and partner agencies.
• Use IT systems to update records and manage caseloads.
• Conduct constructive conversations to support independence and progression.
