Job summary

Bromford Housing Group is seeking two Housing Workers for Griffin Place in Aylesbury. The role is a fixed-site, full-time evening shift (2.30pm–10.30pm) Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with a closing date in late October 2026.

You will support customers living in temporary accommodation, helping them settle, understand responsibilities, and access support services to progress toward independence. You'll build relationships with local agencies and community groups, document activities, and

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, tenancy management or customer support in vulnerable/ complex situations.
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers and partners.
• Comfortable with IT systems and following processes.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers in temporary accommodation at Griffin Place.
• Help customers understand licence conditions, manage rent, and sustain accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records: grants, lettings, relets, repairs, conversations, and actions.
• Use IT systems to update records and manage caseload.
