Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Housing and Property Lead in Wymondham to support tenancy management and ensure safe, well-maintained homes. The role includes helping customers with rents and benefits, while coordinating across teams to improve occupancy and outcomes.

You will travel between properties in the Norwich area, lead a small team, and contribute to safeguarding and DBS checks as part of a secure service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a housing caseload.
• Knowledge of re-letting rooms and rent collection.
• Ability to lead a team and guide colleagues.
• Ability to work independently with diverse customers.
• Willing to travel between properties and engage external partners.
• DBS check required (enhanced).

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties are well maintained and welcoming for customers.
• Assist customers with housing benefit claims and rent accounts.
• Issue and sign warning letters and notices, potential court attendance.
• Prepare rooms for new customers to maximise occupancy.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintenance standards.
