You will manage tenancy sign-ups, rent accounts, and housing benefit claims; you may issue notices and attend court.

• Familiarity with tenancy actions, notices, and court processes.

• Manage tenancy support to ensure safe, well-maintained homes.
• Assist customers with housing benefit claims on rent accounts.
• Issue and sign warning letters/notices and attend court when needed.
• Turn around vacant rooms/units to maximise occupancy within timescales.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintenance standards.
• Manage housing caseload and landlord/housing management duties.
• Re-let rooms, collect rents, and take tenancy actions when required.
• Lead the team, offering guidance to colleagues.
• Work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
