Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for the Lanercost scheme to deliver high-quality housing and support services to customers with complex needs, managing an individual caseload and supporting move-on into permanent housing.

You will work with external agencies, complete assessments and tenancy-related tasks, maintain accurate records, report safeguarding concerns, and contribute to performance targets such as voids and arrears.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported housing or homelessness services.
• Experience managing customer caseloads and risk/safety plans.
• Strong IT literacy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housing and support services to customers.
• Support customers to achieve goals through effective support and safety planning.
• Coordinate with external agencies for a coordinated service.
• Maintain accurate records and support plans daily.
• Report safeguarding concerns and notifiable incidents.
• Contribute to service performance targets (voids, arrears, reletting times).
