Job summary

Places for People in Bristol is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to help customers in temporary supported accommodation. You will work across schemes to deliver housing management services, provide advice on welfare/benefits, and support a vulnerable client group with a holistic, person-centred approach.

You will collaborate with housing teams and external agencies, carry out risk assessments, oversee repairs and safety, and help welcome new customers while promoting trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or supported accommodation is advantageous.
• Experience supporting a vulnerable client group is essential.
• Local knowledge to share with customers is beneficial.
