Places for People is seeking an experienced housing professional to support customers with complex needs, helping them sustain their tenancy and stay independent. You will visit homes, signpost to agencies, and deliver mobile housing management as part of the Intensive Housing Management Team.
You will manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, signups and tenancy reviews, handling ASB and breaches, while coordinating with partners and keeping records up to date to support service targets.

Please note: The weekly working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 9-5.
In this role, you'll support customers with complex needs to sustain their tenancy and remain as independent as possible. You'll respond to referrals, address tenancy concerns, signpost customers to the right agencies and provide a mobile housing management service by visiting homes to ensure they are safe, secure and suitable.
Working as part of the Intensive Housing Management Team, you'll manage your own caseload, carrying out assessments, signups and tenancy reviews, while responding to issues such as ASB and tenancy breaches. You'll work closely with external partners through multi agency meetings, keep accurate records and support plans up to date, report safeguarding and property concerns, and contribute to key service targets including arrears, voids and lettetimes.
It is essential that you meet the following criteria to be eligible for an interview
You'll have experience working in supported or social housing and will be confident supporting customers with complex needs while helping them understand and manage their tenancy responsibilities. You'll be knowledgeable about tenancy management, safeguarding, and the regulatory requirements that underpin good housing practice, and you'll be comfortable working independently across multiple schemes.
