Job summary

Places for People is seeking an experienced housing professional to support customers with complex needs, helping them sustain their tenancy and stay independent. You will visit homes, signpost to agencies, and deliver mobile housing management as part of the Intensive Housing Management Team.

You will manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, signups and tenancy reviews, handling ASB and breaches, while coordinating with partners and keeping records up to date to support service targets.

Qualifications

• Social housing experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of tenancy management, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with complex needs to sustain their tenancy and independence.
• Manage own caseload with assessments, signups and tenancy reviews.
• Respond to issues such as ASB and tenancy breaches; report safeguarding and property concerns.
• Collaborate with external partners via multi-agency meetings and keep records up to date.
• Contribute to targets around arrears, voids and lettings.
