Job summary

Places for People in the United Kingdom is hiring to support customers with complex needs to sustain their tenancy and live as independently as possible. You'll respond to referrals, address tenancy concerns, signpost customers to the right agencies and provide a mobile housing management service by visiting homes to ensure they are safe, secure and suitable.

Working as part of the Intensive Housing Management Team, you'll manage your own caseload, carry out assessments, signups and tenancy

Qualifications

• Social housing experience in a customer-facing role.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Experience supporting customers with complex needs; tenancy management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with complex needs to sustain their tenancy and live independently.
• Respond to referrals and address tenancy concerns; signpost to agencies.
• Provide mobile housing management by visiting homes to ensure safety and suitability.
• Manage own caseload with assessments, signups and tenancy reviews.
• Collaborate with external partners in multiagency meetings and keep records up to date.
