Job summary

Places for People is seeking a housing professional to engage with residents, promoting safe, independent living and a vibrant community.

You will provide advice on rent and service charges, assist with benefits claims and support customers with financial needs. You will work with the internal income recovery team to reduce rent arrears and ensure wellbeing for retirement living communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management and wellbeing of retirement living services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
