A community support organization in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Coach to provide vital support to young people facing homelessness. The role involves managing daily operations of a supported accommodation scheme and helping clients with their housing, health, and welfare needs. You’ll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. You’ll work with the team to manage the day‑to‑day running of the young people’s 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
