Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to support residents in HMOs, temporary accommodation and other housing settings. You will identify barriers to sustaining accommodation and develop tailored support plans to promote stability and independence.

You will work with housing providers, health services and social care to coordinate multi-agency support, prevent evictions, and reduce rough sleeping while recording casework and safeguarding responsibilities within

Qualifications

• Experience of working with vulnerable individuals who may face homelessness, mental ill-health, substance misuse or trauma.
• Ability to work in a multi-agency environment and coordinate with health, social care and housing partners.
• Knowledge of person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to support.

Responsabilités
