Vivid Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an interim Tenancy Sustainment Officer for a leading housing provider in the Midlands. You will support residents to sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness, managing a caseload and referring to internal and external services.

Ideal candidates will have social housing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop action plans, carry out home visits, and maintain records to ensure tenancy stability and positive outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a caseload in housing or related sector.
• Strong understanding of tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention.
• Experience supporting residents with multiple needs and welfare benefits.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of residents requiring tenancy sustainment support.
• Identify and address issues risking tenancies or homelessness.
• Provide proactive, customer-focused support and referrals to services.
• Assist with rent arrears, budgeting and financial difficulties.
• Maintain accurate case records and work with Housing Officers and Income teams.
• Carry out home visits and develop action plans with residents.
