Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to be based in Congleton. The role focuses on helping service users sustain their tenancy and live independently, with safeguarding responsibilities and regular contact with at-risk individuals.

You will work with colleagues and external agencies to ensure professional, outcome-driven support aligned with our values. Eligible candidates must be authorised to work in the UK and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Provide advice to service users to manage and sustain their tenancy.
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and report concerns to relevant managers.
• Foster effective relationships with colleagues and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain regular contact with at-risk individuals, ensuring concerns are reported appropriately.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to support residents in line with the Association's values and ethos.
