Job summary

Mears Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Leeds to be the first point of contact for tenants. You will handle incoming calls about repairs, appointments and enquiries, manage emails, raise jobs and coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely scheduling and completion.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. It offers a permanent contract and a competitive annual salary.
