Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling repairs in a fast-paced environment.
• GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
• Ability to use ICT appointing tool and job management systems.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule operatives and subcontractors to deliver repairs on time.
• Monitor and update repair jobs daily, including appointments and follow-ons.
• Support IT systems and ensure PDA updates.
• Communicate clearly with residents, operatives and stakeholders.
• Maintain records for audits and compliance.
