Karbon Homes in Greengates is seeking a Housing Officer to join the Area 5 Housing Team covering Consett and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting customers, managing low-level anti-social behaviour, estate inspections, and void management including allocation and letting of homes.

You'll need strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work to targets with agile IT systems. You will join a North team led by Gemma Brown; a full UK driving licence and access to a

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work lone and in customers' homes when needed.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and welfare reform is beneficial.

Responsabilités
