Karbon Homes in Greengates is seeking a Housing Assistant to provide an efficient admin service, maintain records, process invoices and assist with garage site allocations and our furniture service.

The role also supports home visits, estate inspections, ASB cases, and community events, with lone working in the community and tenant homes. A full UK driving licence is essential for travel.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Experience in social housing or welfare reform knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide admin services including records, mail merges, and invoice payments.
• Handle general customer enquiries and garage site allocations and sign ups.
• Support home visits, scheme and estate inspections, and anti-social behaviour cases.
• Participate in community events.
