Wythenshawe Community Housing Group in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Officer to deliver high-quality tenancy and estate management services across a local patch. You will engage with residents, respond to issues on the ground, and promote safe, well-maintained neighbourhoods within the community.

The role requires experience in housing management, strong communication, and the ability to handle low-level ASB and allocations. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are required.

• Experience in tenancy and estate management within housing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle low-level ASB, allocations and tenancy issues.
• Knowledge of housing-related legislation (desirable).
• Proactive, visible community engagement approach.
• Confident working independently and in a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tenancy and estate management services.
• Manage a defined patch, engage with tenants.
• Handle tenancy changes, allocations and low-level ASB.
• Support residents to sustain tenancies and access services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure joined-up service delivery.
• Ensure estates are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant standards.
• Promote WCHG’s values through excellent customer service and community engagement.
