Overview

About the role: Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive housing and estate management service for a designated patch of homes. Job share position. Instrumental in improving the quality of life of people living on the estate. Supporting our tenants to 'Love Where You Live' and 'Green Powys'. Build & maintain good relationships with tenants. Responsible for allocating homes, tenancy sign ups, mutual exchanges and void management.

What you will do

  • Work with public, voluntary and private sector agencies.
  • Use integrated housing systems.
  • Have an understanding of the range of housing services provided by the Council & know the Council's responsibilities to tenants & residents.
  • Apply housing legislation, guidance and regulations relating to tenancy & estate management.
