Job summary

Home Group Limited in Sunderland is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to help keep residents and visitors safe and comfortable. You will monitor CCTV, greet customers, and coordinate simple repairs or cleaning tasks, with an Enhanced DBS check paid by the employer.

You’ll respond calmly to incidents, communicate clearly, and work with colleagues to prevent anti-social behaviour while supporting vulnerable customers.

The practical bits

• Permanent, part time (18.75 hpw).
• Monday to Friday on a three-week rolling rota, between 18:00 - 21:45.
• Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
• You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
