Job summary

A well-established Housing Association is seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality housing management services. In this key leadership role, you will oversee tenancy management, drive performance against KPIs, and ensure compliance with housing legislation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a housing leadership role and a strong commitment to delivering excellent resident outcomes. Hyperion Partners are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established Housing Association to recruit an experienced Housing Services Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing management services across a diverse social housing portfolio.

The Role

As Housing Services Manager, you will lead a team delivering frontline housing services, ensuring residents receive a responsive, compliant, and supportive service. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, managing risk, and embedding a strong customer-first culture, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a housing management team covering tenancy management, estate services, ASB, and customer engagement
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policies
  • Drive performance against KPIs, service standards, and resident satisfaction measures
  • Manage complex cases including ASB, safeguarding, vulnerability, and tenancy enforcement
  • Oversee voids, lettings, and estate management performance in collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as a senior point of contact for escalated complaints and member / councillor enquiries
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives, policy development, and transformation projects
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, support agencies, and community partners
About You

You will be an experienced housing professional with a strong understanding of social housing management and a passion for delivering excellent resident outcomes.

Essential
  • Proven experience in a housing management or housing services leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation, regulation, and best practiceExperience managing and developing teams in a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive cases with confidence and empathy
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision‑making skills
