Responsibilities

• Coordinate rent and service charge collection, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Maximise property occupancy through effective void management, maintenance, and tenancy enforcement
• Ensure properties and surrounding environments are safe, secure, and support positive community relations
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and property maintenance
• Adhere to and support Service Level Agreements with third-party care and support providers
• Work collaboratively with area teams to deliver high-quality housing management services
• Support, develop, and induct Housing Management Workers
• Oversee landlord duties, monitor and report repairs, and take appropriate tenancy action
