Job summary

Seven Group Holdings Limited seeks a Housing Manager for a full-time locum role in Northampton for a 3-month period. You will manage allocations, tackle anti-social behaviour, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver safe, quality housing services.

You will conduct inspections, handle arrears, and ensure fire and building safety measures while supporting vulnerable residents and driving community satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of lettings, tenancy types and housing regulations.
• Ability to manage safety checks and respond to maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocations and lettings to ensure efficient use of the housing stock.
• Handle cases of anti-social behaviour firmly and in accordance with policy.
• Conduct regular estate inspections and ensure prompt repairs.
• Address arrears promptly and work towards income maximisation.
• Ensure checks and measures are in place for fire safety and general building safety.
• Cultivate excellent relationships with internal teams and external partners to provide seamless service delivery.
• Engage with community members to boost satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Support vulnerable residents by coordinating with external agencies for specialised support.
