Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a dedicated night worker to help keep residents safe, buildings secure, and communities welcoming. You will patrol, greet customers, handle repairs or cleaning requests, and provide first-line support when the wider team isn’t around.

We offer training and benefits including a health cash plan, pension contributions, and instant pay access. You’ll work a rolling 4 on, 4 off 12-hour night shift from 8pm to 8am.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the building, checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greet customers and visitors, coordinate repairs or cleaning tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour.

We're looking for a dedicated night worker who won't fall asleep on the job! Here at Home Group we look after vulnerable customers, but also those with quite complex care needs. Your job will be to make sure our customers are safe, our buildings are secure and pleasant places to be, and that we get on with our neighbours. Typical shift

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas
• Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning
• The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren't around to help!
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly
• Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour

• Although you'll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly [in the daytime] for training and team meetings
• Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
• You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
