Job summary

Home Group is seeking compassionate individuals to support people with complex needs to live more independently, where no two days are the same. You’ll lead support planning, coordinate our Support Workers, and help customers with daily tasks while safeguarding and collaborating with multi‑agency teams.

This permanent full‑time role offers weekday hours, occasional travel, and a benefits package including 34 days leave rising to 39 and a health cash plan worth over £1,140.

Qualifications

  • Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting.
  • Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
  • Ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
  • Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
  • Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
  • Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
  • Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

What You’ll Do

The practical bits
  • You'll work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, service based role.
  • Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw).
  • You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
  • Occasional travel.
