Job summary

Home Group in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated night concierge to keep buildings safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. You’ll patrol, monitor CCTV, check doors, greet residents and visitors, and provide first-line support when colleagues aren’t available.

You’ll work 8pm–4:30am, Monday to Friday, with a DBS check funded by us. The role offers training, a health cash plan, pension matching, and other benefits as part of a valued team making a real difference for residents.

Responsibilities

Job details

• You’ll work 8pm-4:30am, Monday to Friday.
• Rosemead is a supported housing service for homeless ex-offenders in Southend-on-Sea. Our concierge role is an important part of the support service we offer.
• Although you’ll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly [in the daytime] for training and team meetings
• Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
