We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a Housing Area Manager in our Housing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that's making a real difference in people's lives.
As Housing Area Manager, you'll lead and inspire our housing teams to deliver high-quality services across tenancy, void, allocation, and estate management. You'll drive innovation, embed cultural and structural change, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of customer experience. This role is about leadership, collaboration, and making sure our housing strategies deliver real impact.
You're an experienced housing professional with a proven track record in managing complex housing services. You'll bring strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coach and motivate teams. You're resilient, collaborative, and committed to delivering customer-focused solutions. Knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy enforcement, and compliance is essential, along with the ability to manage budgets and performance targets.
