Job summary

Transform Housing & Support in Guildford is seeking a part-time support worker to help vulnerable clients achieve independence through practical housing management and daily living skills.

You will act as keyworker, support plans, rent collection, risk assessments, and liaise with community services, with flexible working options and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients.
• Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet).

What you'll be doing

You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, supporting clients daily to resolve problems and achieve positive outcomes. Your role combines meaningful support work with practical housing management.

About you

You’ll need passion and resilience to support and empower Transform clients to develop their independence and daily living skills.

Essential skills:

• Ability to develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
• Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet)

Salary and benefits

Salary: £11,351p.a. (£28,000 FTE) + benefits + on call allowances

Location: Guildford

Hours: Part time – 15 hours per week
