Who we're looking for:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable individuals through challenging situations and helping them achieve positive outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners.

  • Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise workloads and maintain accurate, professional records.

  • An understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries.

  • Knowledge of housing, homelessness, welfare benefits or support services would be advantageous.

  • Commitment to delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support that promotes independence and choice.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.

  • A valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

  • Willingness to work towards a CIH Level 3 qualification if not already held.
