Job summary

Transform Housing & Support in Egham is seeking a Housing Support Officer to empower vulnerable people to build independent lives and access practical housing support. You’ll join a team delivering client‑facing services with a varied daily routine.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you’ll develop your career while supporting clients to meet personalised plans and connect with local services. A DBS check is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing support or social care is desirable but not required.
• Strong numerical and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage time.
• Safeguarding understanding and DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy administration including rent collection and tenancy management.
• Conduct risk assessments and health & safety checks.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with local services.
