Job summary

Transform Housing & Support in Guildford is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to empower vulnerable clients to live independently. You will work within a supportive team to resolve daily housing issues and help clients access community services.

The role combines practical housing management with personalised support; you will conduct risk assessments, manage tenancy basics, and report maintenance needs. We offer 37 hours per week, a salary of £28,000 and a benefits package.

• Strong time management skills, delivering outcomes and meeting deadlines.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet).
