Job summary

Karbon Homes is seeking a Housing Assistant to join the North team. The role focuses on efficient administration, invoice processing, and handling general inquiries while supporting housing activities across estate inspections and community events.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, the ability to plan workloads to meet targets, and be capable of lone working in the community and tenants' homes. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, often working to targets and tight deadlines.
Ability to work on your own initiative and carry out lone working in community and in tenants' homes.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient administrative service including maintenance of records, mail merges, and processing invoices.
Manage general queries relating to invoices and customer enquiries.
Oversee allocation, sign up and monitoring of garage sites and enquiries relating to furniture service; support home visits and estate inspections.
Assist with anti-social behaviour cases and participate in community events.
