Job summary

HC Facility Management Limited is seeking a site leader to maximise profitability by achieving targets for wages, cleanliness, overheads and policy compliance. The role reports directly to the Head Housekeeper and requires strong leadership and adherence to company procedures.

You will recruit and train staff, manage productivity, schedules and budgets, and uphold high standards of service. Regularly review feedback from clients to ensure SLA delivery and a professional client relationship.

Responsibilities

• Manage wages in line with productivity targets and schedule hours.
• Improve PR performance and take action as needed.
• Control management hours against budget.
• Review overheads by checking orders against budget.
• Maintain client-expected cleanliness daily.
• Ensure company systems are actioned on time.
• Recruit quality staff using company interviewing standards and selection
• Provide professional training for all staff.
• Brief staff regularly on performance and key areas.
• Maintain regular client communications and review feedback.
• Ensure all SLA’s are being delivered.
• Demonstrate initiative to resolve issues under your control.
• Adopt a hands-on approach to deliver required results.
• Maintain a good professional relationship with our client at all times.
• Deliver all legal standards.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met to HASAWA standards.
• Ensure security of staff and property through adherence to policies.
• Project a professional image and follow staff uniform policies.
• Ensure staff meet the required standards of performance.
• Adopt a zero tolerance approach to performance issues.
• Adhere to all personnel policies and procedures as laid down by the company.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by the company.
