Job summary

HC Facility Management Limited seeks a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the Head Housekeeper in overseeing a busy hotel housekeeping department. You will lead a team, drive standards and ensure guest rooms meet the highest quality while maintaining clear seasonal targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, with a focus on housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Housekeeper in managing a busy housekeeping department.
• Be the first point of contact for the Hotel General Manager and Senior Management team within the hotel in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
• Maintain the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Commercial awareness and cost control capabilities.
• Complying with all company health and safety policies, and reporting/recording any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to ensure adherence to QA and H&S audits.
