HotelCare is seeking a Head Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations across a multisite environment, ensuring high hygiene standards, health and safety compliance, and strong client relationships. The role requires leadership, staff development, and effective communication with hotel teams and clients.

You will lead by example, coach staff, manage budgets and stock, plan schedules, recruit and train, and drive improvements to meet SLAs and KPI targets in a 24-hour hospitality setting.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar or Deputy Housekeeping management role.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organise, and direct team members to achieve the highest service levels.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with hotel and HotelCare colleagues to deliver objectives.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, purchasing, and inventory within budget.
