Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the daily operations of the housekeeping department across multisite hotel contracts. You will drive cleanliness standards, health and safety compliance, and staff development while maintaining strong client relationships and service performance.

The role requires 3-5 years in housekeeping management, proven leadership, and budgeting experience, with the ability to manage high-visibility service levels and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in deputy housekeeping or hospitaliy management.
• Experience leading large diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety compliance in hospitality.
• Budgeting, stock control, and cost management experience.
• Excellent communication with hotel management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and motivate housekeeping team to maintain high service levels.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to meet contract SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage linen stock, supplies, and budgeting to control costs.
• Coach staff and develop talent; support recruitment and training.
