Job summary

Estelle Manor is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Oxfordshire estate. You will maintain guest areas, bedrooms and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards, delivering exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Working a 40-hour week, you’ll earn a base salary of £30,804.80 plus an estimated £3,000 in gratuities/service charge, with a comparable OTE of £33,804.80.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that all guest areas, bedrooms and behind the scenes facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, continually surpassing our members’ and guests’ expectations. You will have an excellent eye for details, and a genuine passion for hosting. You should be confident in communicating with colleagues as well as our members and guests, and thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience.

Please note this is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
