Job summary

Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support guest laundry, linen and uniforms, ensuring everything is clean, organised and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires attention to detail, reliability and teamwork; prior housekeeping or hospitality experience helps but full training is provided.

This is a fixed-term 12-month contract with a base salary of £24,643.84 plus gratuities, totalling £27,043.84 per year on a 32-hour week.

Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3000sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As a Laundry Attendant, you'll be an important part of keeping Estelle Manor running behind the scenes. From caring for guest laundry to managing linen and uniforms, you'll help ensure everything is clean, organised and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FIXED TERM ROLE FOR 12 MONTHS INITIALLY.

The on target earning potential for this role is £27,043.84 per annum based on a 32 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £ £24,643.84 , plus a qualified estimate of £2,400 in gratuities and service charge*.

About gratuities & service charge:
