Job summary

Blakeney Hotel is a four-star, family-run hotel on the North Norfolk coast seeking friendly, reliable housekeeping staff with opportunities to grow into supervisory roles. Full training is provided and a supportive team awaits.

You’ll clean guest bedrooms and public areas, maintain high standards across the hotel, and work both independently after training and as part of a team. Supervisory applicants will guide the housekeeping team, assist with training, and help day-to-day organisation while

The Blakeney Hotel is an awardwinning, four star, 64 bedroom, privately owned and family run hotel located in an unrivalled position on the Quay in Blakeney on the North Norfolk coast. We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our housekeeping team.

We are also keen to hear from you if you have experience and are ready to step into, or develop towards, a supervisory role.

What you’ll be doing

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and public areas
• Maintaining high standards across the hotel
• Working independently (after training) and as part of a team

For supervisory level applicants (or those seeking progression):

• Supporting and guiding the housekeeping team
• Helping maintain standards across the hotel
• Assisting with training and day-to-day organisation
• Reporting any maintenance issues
• Leading by example while actively taking part in cleaning duties alongside the team

What we’re looking for:

Working hours

• Shifts between 9:00am – 3/3:30pm
• Weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis
• Full- time and part-time work available
