Job summary

Blakeney Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to ensure smooth service in our award-winning restaurant overlooking the Quayside. You will deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence and uphold the hotel standards to deliver a consistently high guest experience.

You will lead the restaurant team, greet guests, coordinate with kitchen, handle queries, and ensure food safety. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with competitive pay and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a busy setting.

Blakeney Hotel is a privately owned, and family run 4-star hotel on the North Norfolk Coast.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join our friendly, enthusiastic and passionate team as Restaurant Supervisor in our award-winning hotel restaurant, over looking the Quayside in Blakeney.

As restaurant supervisor, you will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence ensuring standards of service are delivered consistently and according to the hotel standards.
