Job summary

Blakeney Hotel on the North Norfolk Coast invites friendly applicants to join our Restaurant team as a Restaurant Assistant. You will serve guests across breakfast, lunch and dinner and help maintain our high service standards in a thought-out, guest-centred manner.

We value a polite, courteous approach and offer full training. Full-time and part-time positions are available to work across early shifts, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Polite, friendly and courteous attitude.
• Hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Blakeney Hotel is an award winning privately owned and family run 4-star hotel on the North Norfolk Coast. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic applicants to join the Restaurant team. We have an opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge, working with a great team in our award winning Restaurant over looking the Quayside in Blakeney. Our Restaurant and Front of House teams take great pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience, so you would need to be a keen team player to be successful in this role.

Role of the Restaurant Assistant:

• Serve food and drink to our guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner in line with our service standards.
• Welcome and look after our guests with a friendly, polite and courteous attitude.
• Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

Experience / Skills required:

• Polite, friendly and courteous attitude.

Working Hours:

Full-time and Part-time positions available covering early shifts, evening and weekends on a rota basis
