HOUSEKEEPER VACANCY

THE ROLE & LOCATION

Job Title : 2 x Housekeepers

Location : Warrington (WA4 1H) & Stockport (SK3 0JX)

Based in 1 x Warrington (WA4 1DH) and 1 x Stockport (SK3 0JX) reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, we are now looking to recruit two Housekeepers for 40 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that communal areas, including corridors and lobbies are clean.
• Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors.
• Completion of end of tenancy apartment cleans.
• Empty trash and replace bags.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• To ensure that the bin store is tidy, as necessary.
• Assist with room checks, move in / move out cleans during peak periods.
• To assist in setting up rooms or communal areas for events or inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills to interact with residents (as appropriate) and team members.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

SALARY

£12.21 per hour

WORKING HOURS

40 hours per week.
