  • Collaborate with the Head of House to deliver in‑house events that create engaging, memorable experiences for our team. This includes conceptualising, planning, and executing events tailored to the needs of our building occupants
  • Take a solutions‑focused approach to ensure visits and events run smoothly
  • Assist in sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to implement sustainable solutions and enhance efficiency
  • Support various projects in line with business requirements

  • Strong relationship‑building abilities, able to connect with individuals at all levels
  • Effective networking skills to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • A passion for sustainability, embedding low‑carbon working practices in daily operations
  • Results‑driven approach, with a practical mindset to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Awareness of health & safety procedures to ensure a safe environment
