A progressive office environment in Exeter seeks a dedicated House Service Coordinator to ensure a welcoming experience for clients and visitors. This part-time, permanent role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance service and manage internal activities. 📍Location: Oxygen House, Exeter Business Park, EX1 3LH (on site)
✨Term: Part-time, permanent - office based
⏰Hours: 1:00pm - 6:00pm Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week
💷Salary: £26,000 (£16,250 pro-rated) plus generous company benefits

This support role is at the heart of Oxygen House, valued by a high‑achieving, professional, yet informal and fun team culture.
As House Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Beyond front‑of‑house responsibilities, you will also lead and deliver various internal activities within the building, taking ownership of processes wherever possible.
This is a proactive, customer‑driven role that involves collaboration with key stakeholders inside and outside of Oxygen House. You will work closely with Catering, Facilities, and IT to ensure a seamless service. Reporting to the Head of House, you will also contribute to projects beyond your core duties.
