Manager Job in Norfolk, near Reepham

We are looking for an experienced Manager to take responsibility for the care and ongoing development of a beautiful 20-acre private estate in the Norfolk countryside. This peaceful estate, used by the family primarily at weekends and during school holidays, includes formal gardens, a productive kitchen garden, and wider grounds. It is a much-loved sanctuary for the family. From 2026, it will also serve as a retreat centre for leadership teams from affiliated businesses and charities. Your role is oversee the wider team and make sure the home is guest-ready at all times.

A strong hospitality background is essential, as is the running of a large estate and team.

Start: ideally September/October 2025

Accommodation: nearby suitable accommodation will be sourced

Working days: Monday to Friday with some weekend work when required

Driving is essential.

Salary: £65,000 GPA
