A Scottish hotel group is seeking a Hotel Manager with strong Food & Beverage experience to lead their team in Inverfolla, Scotland. This full-time role requires significant General Management experience in hospitality. Responsibilities include operational management, revenue growth, and ensuring guest satisfaction. We’re looking for a Hotel Manager with strong Food & Beverage experience to lead the team and drive the success of this unique property.
You’ll be a self-starter with the vision to combine commercial acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead, motivate, and engage your managers and teams, creating a coaching culture that brings out the best in everyone.
This is a full time (45 hours per week), permanent position working 5 days from 7.
