Role Purpose: To lead and coordinate the hotel maintenance team, ensuring all facilities are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional guest experience by minimizing downtime, maintaining a positive customer perception, and adhering to all statutory and company compliance requirements.
