Greene King is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Staff member to welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and advise on drinks and services. You will be part of a busy, friendly team at pubs and inns within the Greene King brand family.

Your role includes delivering a memorable guest experience, handling enquiries, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the front of house. A positive attitude and good English are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
