Greene King’s Kings Head Masham is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Staff member to help create memorable guest experiences and ensure outstanding service. You will welcome guests, check them into rooms, and assist with inquiries and bookings in a warm, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
